Well as is true with most rp's or pokemon regions they have a set of dragon pokemon. These can be done however you wish as long as they are below 64x64. If the sprite does not follow the criteria it will be thrown out.
Requirements -There must be three evolutions to it.
-one of the dragons evolutions has to have feathers.
-The dragon must be dual type.
-Lastly you cannot use the body of a flygon or a Charizard for your final evolution.
PRIZES 1st- 7,000 and a rare pokemon of your choice(excluding eevee) 2nd-3,500 and a common pokemon of your choice 3rd(till the end)1,500

(Are they transparent?) Munden (Mon - dain) : Fighting Type Although its size is small, Munden like to eat almost anything they see as edible. They tend to dislike other Pokemon of their species, and so it is not rare to find two Munden tussling inside caves. As Pokemon companions, they are very hard to raise as they are stubborn - and will usually follow their instinct rather than listen to others. Purgale (Purj - ale) : Dragon & Fighting Type A Purgale is basically an oversized Munden. It's body has grown very large, and so it has become slow. Rather than living inside caves and deep underground like it's pre-evolved form, it now chooses to live atop mountains, lifting rocks to further increase its strength. Two short white fluffs are beginning to sprout from its back. When they are fully formed, it is said that a Purgale will realize its full potential. Divital (Div - ey - tal) : Dragon & Fighting Type (Flying?) "Celestial Soldiers of Heaven" When a Purgale evolves, it loses 25% of its strength and its agility greatly increases. Said to watch the Earth from up above, Divitals are greatly renowned as heavenly Pokemon - and are in many legends and tales. The shining armor that they wear are made of a pure substance with the same toughness as crystal. It is a huge and powerful Pokemon, yet when it flies, it is as graceful and nimble as a small bird.

Hmm... dragon spriting contest huh? Let's see what I can do... Not cute or loveable... well, I personally think they're ADORABLE... but I'm a bit odd sometimes... Cinderolf: (Cinder-olf) Type: Fire and Dragon Small, mischevious little pokemon, fire and dragon type, yet the only sign of them being dragon-type is that small spike on their backs, and they like seeing who's is bigger. Being their main resemblalence to dragons, they take a great amount of pride in it. They like getting into trouble and biting things. Flamolf: (Flame-olf) Type: Fire and Dragon That small cute little Cinderolf you were gazing at before? Gone. Fury has replaced 75% of it's emotions, and it glows red. A firey hot temper, and high attack. Has grown two more spikes, and is verrry proud of them! Don't get too close! Dragolf: (Drag-olf) Type: Fire and Dragon Thankfully, our little friend has cooled of since the last time we saw him! His spikes turned into giant, bat-like wings, and now he soars through the air proudly. He has a flame on his tail, that never goes out. His long tail is surrounded by bright orange feathers at it's base, as you can see. They're soft and fluffy. Although he still has a short temper, he is mostly just a proud, beautiful, and semi-scary pokemon nowadays. Hope you like it! (This is my first time spriting new pokemon! IT'S FUN! But it took me like an hour to make them all... and twenty minutes. xD) Tell me what you think please (If that's ok in competitions!) Hmm... they all came out a bit blurry... anyone know how to cure that?

Leex Type: Dragon-Ground Leex's like their next evolution, cannot give birth. They cannot fly either, and instead use their wings for shade. They are some of the weakest and useless pokemon.
Calse [Call-See] Type: Dragon-Ground Calse's are the more solitary evolution and only roost in the coldest places. Why? Because if they don't the blue fire on their heads go out. Their pads are hard, and their eyes can completely frost over before they lose their eyesight. Can fly in the toughest of gales.
Frighty [Freight-i] Type: Dragon-Bug The final evolution of the chain, Frighty's have scary strength. These are the only part of the evolution that can give birth and have five litters of five Leex's a year. They're often seen flying across the skies, as they like to strech their wings.

Cupie: This little guy is covered in bright red fur, it is rumored that a oke of their tail can instantly infatituate anyne. Cuprin:Gone are its long wings. Now it walks instead of waddles. Its tail split into two smaller pieces. Cuproar: Only females evolve into this powerful final stage. They at least double in size and the small membranes they had as a cuprin devolop into much larger versions of a cupie's sweeping wings.

Sprite making is awesome! But my photoshop is weird and won't let me drag and drop. It's messed up.

I will pair up with someone to make one. I'm pretty good at coloring when the sprite is made, anyone good at outlines? Oh and Hobbes, I have photoshop, but I use paint for spriting, its easier.

I figured I could just use the lasso tool. I hate paint, and it doesn't work on Macs We can pair up! Maybe...xD What do you want it too look like?
