Name: Aialdan
Gender: Male
Race: Human - Team Pravus Scientist
Age: 37
Sexuality Preference: Gay
Appearance: Aialdan is fairly old. He's definately past his peak at least. His skin is almost dyed a tan colour, it isn't exactly pure at all. This tan is deep like a horses. Still, it's not one of those 'beauty tans' that teenagers tend to get these days. No, it's a freckle infested skin that is naturally tanned.
Aialdan has deep hazel eyes. There's not much else you can say about them. They're brown. He has short hair that is extremely short.
Personality: Quick to anger, Aialdan tends to launch at others with angry words if they piss him off. Aialdan spends a lot of time exaimining his specimens proudly, as obviously he is proud of his gene splicing abilities. Very few scientists dare anger him anymore, in fear of Scizarth rather then him.
Aialdan tends to get very involved in his work. When he's working, people tend not to disturb him. If they do, he doesn't really get mad. He just talks while doing his work, which makes him hard to understand. Still, he's better then others.
History: Born in Sunrise city, Aialdan had loved science and construction since he was a baby. He often built giant rock towers, and used sand and rocks to create models of pokemon themselves, having an affinity for making them since birth. When he grew, by the age of ten he was bored of just making them. He wanted a real one.
So, he went with his father on a 'field trip' he called it. They wandered around the outskirts, finding rattatas, pidgeys and all the other crap he didn't want. He wanted something rare. So, at midnight that night, he went digging, in hope of finding a trapinch or diglet underground. No. He found not a diglett, but something much... Much more.
He found, buried in the sand, a small fossil in the shape of a dome. He'd watched a documentry on fossils, and he was told that these dome shaped fossils were incredibly rare, and so he kept it. He kept it secret, in a draw under his bed. He didn't want his dad knowing he'd been out at night.
He kept it for a month, and he was confused. What did it do? It just sat there, doing nothing. Maybe he should sell it, he'd probably get at least ten thousand dollars for it, more money then he'd even dreamed about. So, he began a long walk to Sunset city, to sell the fossil. He traveled with his best friend at the time, Liagra.
Arriving at the town, he went to the antique shop. Entering, he saw the storekeeper watching him intently. He showed the aged male the fossil, and the next thing he could remember is being flown to the island in the claws of a dragonite, his beloved fossil being held loosely in the dragon pokemon's other hand.
He arrived at the pravus labs, and the scientists were examining the fossil he had found. Needles punctured the rock, extracting some form of liquid. After a day of being straped to the long table he was on, and being given a bare minimum of food and water, a Kabuto emerged from a machine that was next to him. The first thing the Kabuto saw when he opened his eyes was the form of the small boy. The Kabuto jumped onto him, and scratched apart the ropes that held him still.
The scientists looked at this, mortified, they wanted the Kabuto, but it attacked them when they went near Aialdan. They figured there was only one option besides killing the Kabuto and creating another, if they could, from the fossil DNA. They would have to keep the boy.
After years passed, Aialdan impressed the scientists more and more with his abilities in the art of pokemon crafting. He helped them choose pokemon to splice for the best, and strongest results. Eventually, at the age of sixteen, they finally officially accepted him into their ranks, and he worked as a scientist. They even gave the Kabuto to him as his initiation pokemon. Aialdan was glad, he was finally free to conduct his own experiments rather than follow other peoples.
The Kabuto, named Scizarth, grew and evolved as Aialdan battled with him around the island. The fossil pokemon is now a Kabutops, and is his most trusted, and only, pokemon.

Wandering within the lab, Aialdan straightened his lab coat to look presentable. The usual checks were in order, each and every of the splices belonging in the room were sleeping soundly. By his side, Scizarth tapped Aialdan's shoulder lightly. "The pokemon are all here, it is best if we work on the obedience sirum, is that not true?
"Yes, the last time we attempted to use it the Arcanine we used went mad. We don't want that happening again, isn't that right Scizarth?"
The Kabutops didn't reply, merely walking deeper into the lab and waiting at the bench for his owner to follow. And, Aialdan did follow, arriving in pristine time, less than a second after the Kabutops had arrived. A test tube was pulled from a high shelf by Aialdan, and he sniffed it.
"A lack of Ailsta seems to be lowering the performance." The Kabutops stated bluntly to Aialdan who nodded disappointedly. "We seem to need more, no?"
"We'll have to ask the head scientist, he hasn't provided us with new ingredients for a while." Aialdan frowned, before looking at Scizarth. "We'll have to make do with what we have."
Aialdan reached up to another shelf, lower than the first, pulling out a small jar filled with red substance. It rippled back and forth like a dance of flames, and the colour of lava from a volcano. "Viarcan should do the trick."
He lowered a small spoon into the jar lightly, before filling merely the tip with the lava red liquid. Placing it carefully within the first testube, the once clear liquid rocketed into a wonderous red like the Viarcan in the jar. He sniffed the test tube again, before putting it down. "It's not quite right, but I'm unsure how it feels so wrong. What do you think Scizarth?"
The Kabutops sniffed the mixture, before looking at Aialdan smiling. "I believe what you are missings are the leaves of a Hoppip, crushed in a light jar of a small amount of Iar." The scientist nodded, plucking a leaf from a hoppip within a cage, making it squirm and squeal out in pain. Aialdar ignored this, his job was not to care. He placed the leaf on the bench and poured a small quantity of Iar over the top, before crushing it into a light green powder. He picked this up with his gloved hands and placed it in the test tube.
"Done, I believe we should submit this to the head scientist for inspection."
Name: Scizarth
Gender: Male
Race: Kabutops
Age: 25
Sexuality Preference: Straight
Personality: Scizarth has known no other life than the one he has with Aialdan, not the wild life, nor been trained by any other trainer. He is possibly the fiercest fighter if any enemies get too close to his owner, and not many survive if they do as such. The hardy fighter has a never say die attitude, and anyone who thinks they can get him to surrender are certainly wrong. The fossil pokemon loves to show off, and occasionally overdoes a fight.
Scizarth is very intellegent, Aialdan's equal in skill. They work together with their intellect and Scizarth's brawn. Scizarth is very protective of his work, and hates it when people try and do his work, or copy it.
