The Spearow backpedaled as best he could. Flapping his wings to back up, just as his beak slammed into the ground, and stuck there. Pushing his wings against the ground he tried to push his head out of the ground. Yet it was useless when all the wings did was bend back, towards the Spearow. By the time he remembered his claws the Gible was right on to p of him. crack~! With a cloud of dust and a tumbling of Feathers the spearow landed on his back some ten feet away from the Gible. Putting his feet down firmly under him he rose ack to his feet. Fixing the Gible with another Defense-lowering leer, he an forward, stopped and swept his wing into a pile of nearby dir, and using it for cover drove his peak forward at the little beast in a peck.
Strategy?he had tried that.Obviously it hadn't worked to well for him. So he decided to abandon that and try to be relentelss, he ws VERY tired after all.

Gibb could not help but feel content when his plan had worked. That spearow had learned that he was strong. And he was pissed, really pissed. The spearow gave Gibb another harsh stare but Gibb was not scared, better to say excited. It seemed as he had abandoned every strategy and was going to hit Gibb full on. “Gibb dodge!” Miika screamed from behind. But no, he would not dodge. He would tackle spearow. He liked these kind of duels, a full fight, head-on. Gibb dashed towards the spearow with his pin forward. Now it was a matter of who had the strongest surface. He, a dragon, or a weakened sperow peck? He would have to wait and see. -------- TW: 958

The spearow hoped his two defense lowering leers had made some kind of a impact in that dragon's defense. At least that the effect was strong enough to allow his peck to break through. Closing his eyes and lowering his head he kept on running. The Gible's footfalls oddly enough echoed his own, wait that meant he was running to. Deciding that this was his last chance he threw in a little twist. Jumping to the side, he turned his head and aimed low with his beak, aiming for feet, tail and anything other then that accursed spike. That thing hurt. Maybe the smart thing would have been opening his eyes, but no as always he chose to opt out of that rather smart option, if he missed he didn't want to see himself being killed.

“You coward!” Gibb screamed as he saw the spearow had changed tactic. “You won’t escape!” He said as he too lowered his head as low as possible so his pin would be the only thing that would be hit. ----------- TW: 957

~CLANG!! A odd feeling of Deja Vu came over the spearow as he staggered backwards from the Gible. Hadn't he heard that noise before? Thinking toughts of him being a true hero of a bird he fell over. His eyes slowly spinning in a circle. That had really hurt. To much for the little bird. Then with a drooping of his eyelids he passed out. No human to take him back into their pokeballl and heal him, no wild pokemon were left to fend for themselves when they lost a battle. luckily on route one nothing to dangerous awaited them. But in the Swamps of the later routes many died, or were even eaten by larger creatures, colder ones.
