Name: Mortimer Grayson
Age: 39
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Hometown: Starbright Town, Southern Remoor
Sexual Preference: Straight
Personality:
Hobbies: Gambling, Reading, Martial Arts
Physical Appearance:
Pokemon:
Nickname: Mezmer
Species: Hypno
Level: 40
Personality: Grayson's first Pokemon, and while it may not seem that way at first, Mezmer is likely his most devastating in strength. And yet, most of Mezemer's victims don't even realize he's there. He spends most of his time in Grayson's office or in the security room, watching the going's on intently, almost vacantly. See, Mezmer serves as the chief force of security around the Parlor. When a drunkard, thief, or other such nuisance to be dealt with that Gordot can't quite deal with, Mezmer will solve the situation with a powerful telekinetic blast (usually in the form of Hypnosis, or Mind Burst in dangerous situations), bringing a swift and oft mysterious end to the problem. Other than that, he and Grayson are quite similar; very quiet and relaxed, with a deep fondness for money.Of course, Mezmer doesn't have quite as many uses for currency as Grayson or his Pravus higher-ups do, but it doesn't stop him from having a private stockpile somewhere in Grayson's office.
Attacks:
Nickname: Machiavellian
Species: Honchkrow
Level: 38
Personality: Machiavellian (usually just Machi for short) is a member of Grayson's collection force, seeking out and capturing those with bills to pay. Usually Grayson is quite lenient when it comes to paying off debts, but there are those who think a grace period means they're off the hook. Machiavellian is a powerful one-on-one fighter, but his true strength comes in the form of being able to command others, and is usually seen with a crowd of Murkrow in tow. The Murkrow usually only soften up his intended target before he goes in for the finishing blow, usually some kind of surprise attack. Despite being one of his most reliable enforcers, however, Grayson doesn't let Machi into the casino very often. Professional gamblers (his best customers) are usually very superstitious after all, and letting in a Pokemon said to bring bad luck is bad for business.
Attacks:
Nickname: Arbalest
Species: Tentacruel
Level: 32
Personality: Like Machiavellian, Arbalest serves as one of Grayson's enforcers, collecting debts from those who have yet to pay. Also like Machi, he can usually be found with a great multitude of Tentacool at his side. Unlike his flying comrade, however, Arbalest is sent after those who have escaped to bodies of water such as lakes or oceans. The true extent of Grayson's ruthless nature is present when Arbalest and his small army shreds apart whatever vessel their quarry is hiding in, caring little for any others they may harm along the way. Grayson has instructed them to practice caution around hapless by-standers on many occasions, though. Casualties are...well, you know.
Attacks:
Nickname: Silver Blaze
Species: Rapidash
Level: 38
Personality: Blaze is Grayson's prized race horse and usual mode of transportation, as fast as most cars are allowed to travel and far more convenient since he can carry him in his pocket. Grayson enjoys spending any down time he might come across tending him, lovingly caring for the creature in the stables behind the casino. He has to be well-tended for, after all, if Grayson can expect him to continue winning races. As a result of all the pampering and excellent race record, Blaze has quite the ego, and will often challenge anything that moves to a race just to prove his greatness to the world.
Attacks:
Nickname: Gordot
Species: Hariyama
Level: 40
Personality: Gordot serves as the main bouncer for the casino, tossing out riffraff, troublemakers, and deadbeats before they're allowed to cause major problems for anyone. Expertly trained in the arts of sumo and karate, Gordot also serves another purpose as Grayson's sparring partner during workout sessions. On the job, Gordot takes what he does very seriously, and has incredible focus. Off the clock, however, he is quite jolly, capable of laughing and enjoying a good time with anyone, even his 'customers'. He has a good heart, which is a rare thing in a Pravus Pokemon. He probably wouldn't tolerate doing any of Pravus' dirty work outside of bouncing for the Parlor.

History: Born right in Starbright Town, Mortimer Grayson was quickly dulled to the bright lights and excitement that often filled the town, and shortly hereafter dulled to life in general, and referred to at a young age as an 'old soul' quite often. He showed a mind for business and problem solving at a young age, which would've meant more if he could use his talents for more than just running lemonade stands during the summer months. As he grew older, though, his talents became more useful, and they one day earned him a spot among the ranks of Team Pravus.
Grayson is an anomaly among many of his Pravus teammates; he cares little for the ideals of their prestigious leader, and is of the belief that toying with the Legendary Pokemon is a very poor decision to make. Indeed, many question why he joined the team at all. The reason is simple, almost in a child-like way; Pravus owned the Starbright Parlor, which he didn't find out until after applying for a job there. He was immediately drafted into the Pravus ranks and sent through all the same tests new recruits were, passing them all with remarkable scores. Within a few years time, he had grown accustomed to those that surrounded him, and, having nowhere else to go or be, decided his place was here with Pravus. He quickly solidified his standing among his peers as the kind of man that hates the company but loves his job. Despite his opinion of the organization, the higher-ups rely on him frequently, both as one of Pravus' main sources of income and a skilled General, able to handle the few missions he's assigned with great precision and subtlety. Most of the time, anyway.
Somewhere along the way he became good friends with the ever-mysterious and aptly named Enigma, and the two are often seen together at the Parlor. He tries to discourage Enigma away from the gambling tables as, despite knowing the man's true age, he still resembles a ten-year old boy, which might put off some of his more law-abiding customers.
