.artemis kata. I
Love's the funeral of hearts, and an ode for cruelty when angels cry blood on flowers of evil in bloom.
A pale figure made his lonely way toward the Laboratory, where he, Artemis Kata, would receive the necessities to begin this long-awaited journey. The sun was already high in the sky, indicating noon fast approaching; the Linoone morph had left early, but preferred to take his time. Walking alone and at his own pace was wonderful; no one to rush you, or to tell you to stop slouching, or-
Thud.
...or to tell you to look where the hell you're putting your feet! Glaring icy daggers at the stone half-buried in the road, Artemis clambered to his feet laboriously, and dusted off his custom-made jacket. He grimaced at the sight of a chipped claw protruding from his- again, custom-made -boot, and kicked the poor stone lying on the path, as if it would somehow apologize for what it had done to this young man.
Receiving nothing but an ugly screeching sound as the sharp protrusions scraped the surface of the stone, Artemis decided to give up; he wasn't one to hold grudges for too long, anyway. And having arguments with a stupid rock was idiotic. With an indignant sniff, the Linoone morph got back on his way to the building looming nearby, glad that he was alone; that embarrassing fall was not for anyone else's eyes.
"Noah nii-san would've scolded me for such clumsiness," he muttered to himself, and a small smile manifested on his lips, displaying two rather dangerously sharp canines; the idea of his brother standing beside him made his heart jump with a feeling of contentment, but Artemis had left before his older brother, or aniki, and thus had no idea of his whereabouts.
Tearing the thoughts from his mind, as they were making him feel upset, and naggingly reminding him that his brother Noah was not there, he lay his eyes on the Laboratory before him; ascending the steps, he knocked thrice on the doors, and waited.

Oddly enough today the windows were open, well the curtains anyway. Today someone had been looking out the window , and had seen Artemis take a fall. Of course even so he was not quick enough to open the door. Unlike the Professor who had been wiping off the dusty windows, Bill didn;t haev to move to open the door. In fact the only reason he ever even waved his hand was to add drama to the equation. If the ghostly opening of the door, and his ovice weren't dramatic enough. Bill didn't think they were. No where near in fact.
Seeing the door open the professor hopped down from his chair. That boy was dressed rather oddly. Of course he wasn't the first or last morph he would see. Although he was the first morph from the old culture of the far away land. Of course in the professor's eyes morphs, and cosumes were rather quite close to being the same thing. The only way to tell was when pieces of the 'morph's' started falling off. Then it was rather obvious who was a morph , and who was a PokeFan. Leaning on his cane he smiled toward the doorway. "Come in lad, are you alright? That was quite a spill..and on that gravel?" Really he just didn't want any angry parents with lawsuits. Those were always very nasty, although Bill was a excellent Lawyer.
Bill closed the door with another wave of his hand. Surprised at how much warmer the lab seemed when the window was open, that wasn't as much fun! Not to mention his section of the room looked much less intimidating then was usual. So waving his hand again he closed the windows, and covered up the professors cleaning. There went a half an hour of work, of course the Professor had tried to cover up the checkered lfoor with a warm rug,b ut it mysteriously ended up in the trash everytime he did it. Bill liked to show off after all. (sorry bout the length, my muse has ran away for a few days. It will come back soon though.)
