Name: Jillian Mirella Rowland Gender: Female Race: Human Age: Eleven years old Sexuality Preference: Straight
Appearance: Being only eleven years old, Jillian is the farthest thing from 'developed' she could be. Flat as a pancake - everywhere - and almost toothpick thin, due to her high metabolism and unnatural childish eagerness to play, Jillian is simply your typical kid. She's naturally short, not quite reaching five foot yet, and looks even more like a younger child than she probably should, but that all ties in with her 'fool the trainers' act as a young gym leader. Jillian's hair is a soft brown colour, and will, in years to come, darken so that it's near black. At the time, it's cut short and frames her small, oval-shaped face, her bangs are side-swept into the one side of her pikachu suit, so you can't see them, as are most of the ends of her hair. Naturally, it's straight, and since she is never (or, very rarely) out of her suit, it stays that way. Like any kids, Jill's eyes are somewhat larger, giving her a more innocent expression that will soon fade as she grows up. The colouring is a light, almost pale green that is personally one of her favourites. They're the colour of her mom's eyes and her dad's mixed together, actually, if you think about it. Her mom's were a bright, emerald-like green, while her father's were a much paler, light blue. It ended up in a mixture of light green with a few blue tints here and there, an odd case since normally one would get ither the recessive or dominant trait. Hers defied science and mixed. (that's what she tells everyone who asks, anyways.) Yes, she does always wear that pikachu said, as stated earlier. It looks just like a pikachu would, ears, tail, colouring - everything. No one knows, but Jillian had it hand and custom-made for her, just so she could act even more stupid to surprise unsuspecting trainers. The only time Jill's not in this, would be obviously when she's bathing. And underneath it, she wears light weight clothing - a simple tank top and shorts. No shoes. Ever.
Personality: Jilly's really a smart little girl, even if it never seems to show during anything she does. During Pokemon battles - especially the gym-related ones - she's a strategist master for her age, and can pretty much think her way out of anything if she manages to feel like it. Most of the time, she's too lazy to delve into the depths of her mind, except when she's worked up in a fight. Then it's second nature, like the back of her palm. The only problem is that most of Jillian's plans end up with someone getting hurt, some huge risk, or the law. And usually when the law's involved, the little tyke's found a very clever way around it, almost breaking it. Occassionally, she does. But that's really only happened once, when she was nine. She, erhm, stole a car. More in history, though. She's definitely a tomboy, always the rebel and up for any kind of dare or challenge. Jilly hasn't yet lost that childish fearlessness that has made her so confident through her life, and I actually doubt she will. While she's still rebellious, one of her favourite things is trickery - most often would be the fooling of over confident and cocky trainers that come to face her in her gym. Sure, she may seem to be nothing but a small child, but only a minute into the battle you'll realize what a mistake that thought was.
History: She was brought up a good kid, two parents that loved her more than life itself, and a brother nearly five years older than her. While Tsukau (her brother) seemed to despise her early on from her way too immature and chlidish antics - even if she was one - he seemed to tolerate her during games, like wrestling. Sure, Tsuu always won them, but Jilly tried her best, and normally managed to outthink him until he used his sheer muscular power over her to beat her. That's where she got a lot of her sneaky thinking and planning from. But when Jilly first went to school, the rebel five year olds picked her out of the class to sit with them and ditch naps and snack times, and she got into so much trouble. You could officially say Tsukau had disowned her by that time, and from Jillian's age seven and onwards, he hasn't said more than a word or two at a time to her; he's disgraced and ashamed of her behaviour, even though she had managed to make herself gym leader. Age nine was a turning point for Jill, she met one too bad kid that was three years older than her, and he talked her into stealing one of the police cars. Even at that age, she knew the basics - turn the key, push the gas, turn the wheel, and only minutes after she slid into the automobile was she crashed against a pole, that boy laughing his ass off as he ran away. But she wasn't sent to jail or punished heavily at all - you couldn't do that to a kid with a single digit age, could you? Even though all hell was let loose when she got home that night, Jillian forced all her negativity and anger towards pokemon training, using the one Pikachu her dad had given her almost a year before. It's name was Repelda, and the two got along famously. It was on Jillian's tenth birthday she became a Gym Leader, having wowed the Coordinator for the league with her superior electric abilities. It was that year she got her pikachu costume made for her, to match Repelda, that year she vowed to make over her bad mark on her record, that year she vowed to make Tsuu love her again. Now she's simply in the proccess.
