Lugia |xx[/size] Silver Wings Rarely does Lugia allow himself to make an appearance in the lands of Remoor, but today he needed air. Not the air of the sea, where it was thick and waving and salty, no, he needed clean air, the air of the forest. Large, winglike appendages flapped loudly once, twice, thrice as he soared over the treetops, skimming their branches, leaves flying everywhere. He smirked and flapped again, gaining altitude as he saw small Pidgey and Wurmple scatter, afraid.
His eyes bore holes into the ground as he searched for a place to roost. The wind caressed his scales and the sun was bright and high in the sky, making the birdlike dragon feel at peace. Lugia closed his eyes and landed with a surprising amount of grace for a Pokemon of his size. Only a soft "boom" was heard when his foot met ground. A few Sentret stood on their tails, watching him curiously.
He folded his wings inward and cocked his head gently, listening for anyone to come by. He could grace a human with his presence, right? After all, seeing a legendary Pokemon was a pretty rare event. He would still keep his guard up, however. Nobody's gonna catch THIS one...no sir.

The great silver legendary preened softly as he watched the small woodland Pokemon scurry and scatter around him, watching him in vague interest. He wasn't sure if any of them really understood who he was, but it didn't matter to him. Being a legendary Pokemon had nothing to do with fame, at least not to him. His silver skull rose upwards as he watched the sun, a large orb in the sky. Bright out today...
He stiffened when he heard the call of none other than Articuno, one of the original three legendary birds. He blinked softly and looked behind him, watching the blue fowl roost behind him, his red orbs carefully studying him. Lugia nodded his head and smiled softly, his serenity undisturbed even with the arrival of another legendary. He shifted, trying to get himself a bit more comfortable.
"Good evening to you too, Articuno," he said, his voice gentle and low, his beak unmoving as he said the words through his telepathy. "It's been a while, hasn't it?" He turned back his head to look back at the horizon where his brother stared.

Lugia's red eyes followed the graceful bird of ice as he flew above, catching currents and riding them with ease. He smiled and preened his winglike appendage slightly before continuing to watch. A beautiful sight, it was...he smiled again and fluffed his scales up a bit, making him a bit warmer.
He lowered his head at the bright sun. He, too, wasn't used to it, but he was more used to pure darkness of the bottom of the sea...not the bright colors of the forest. He blinked softly at the legendary, cocking his head to the side, the spiked tail on his back swishing back and forth. He readjusted himself and nodded.
"I'm here because I need to be. I can't stand staying in the darkness of the sea for so long. Team Pravus won't be able to put a scratch on me, not even with their inventions." Lugia blinked when he heard that they tried to get to Articuno. "Really, now?'' He chuckled softly. "How far did they get?" He laughed, a mental image of the scared humans running away from the gentle giant that was Articuno. But he knew that he'd protect his lands and himself without mercy. He could be brutal if need be.
