Secondary Effect: The pokemon has an 50% chance of getting surrouned by a vail of water and the foe will take damage form it for 1 - 5 turns.

((Uhh, I think the last one might already be a D/P attack, but when I looked in Serebii.net's Attackdex, there was no attack with this name and I just couldn't find one with the same effect. I could have sworn I'd heard something about an attack like that before, but... meh, if anyone knows anything, I'd really like to hear about it ^^;)
